If cancellation insurance has been purchased, the client is eligible for a 100% refund at any time, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Clients who cancel 24+ hours in advance (or anytime with cancellation insurance) may choose one of the following options: Full Credit: Receive a 100% credit of the canceled visit amount to your Georgia Pet Pal account. This credit will be applied within 48 hours of cancellation and may be used for any future service. Cash Refund: Receive a cash refund for the full amount minus transaction processing fees (as charged by the payment processor).
